You can’t make this sh*t up. Five middle-school girls protested competing against a biological male who wants to be a girl and now the REAL GIRLS are the ones being punished for it. The five students were going to compete in a shot-put competition, but they didn’t want to compete against the boy who identifies as a girl. This was also a protest to the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals who (are f*cking braindead) blocked the West Virginia Save Women’s Sports Act.
What’s the punishment? The girls who protested and refused to compete against the boy are banned from competing in their next track and field event. So basically, the girls stood up for what’s actually right and they got punished for it because of the lunatics in the West Virginia court system. WBOY reported on this sports news:
The parents of four out of the five Lincoln Middle School students have filed a lawsuit, according to a press release from Attorney General Patrick Morrisey’s office. The suit argues that the students’ protest “lasted approximately 10 seconds each and did not disrupt the track meet in any way” and “did not affect any other competitors.”
“The only thing this decision does is teach these children to keep their mouths shut and not disagree with what they saw as unfairness,” Morrisey said in the release. “That is outrageous and it tramples these students’ rights to freedom of speech and expression.”
Parents are furious that their daughters are being told they must compete against boys. Parents are teaching their students to stand up for what’s right. And the FAILED COURT SYSTEM is doing the wrong thing here. These girls should never be punished for standing up for what’s right. They should never have to compete against a boy in a girl’s event.
Something ain’t right here, and it’s not the girls. They did a great job and should continue doing so. I hope the parents win their lawsuit. See the video of the West Virginia girls refusing to compete against a boy.
