Been saying this for years. The people used to be able to form a grand jury and bring an indictment and hold a trial. That was when it really was, of, by and for the people. Now we have an unaccountable oligarchy of lords and sovereigns again. We won our sovereignty but have lost it little by little in law in the dark of night.

Those officials (Judges, DA’s, Parole Boards), that release violent criminals should take personal responsibility for all the actions committed by those they release. If they commit a felony, they personally should be punished for malfeasance.
